Refund policy

We take pride in our customer service! If you are unhappy with your purchase or experience any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation straight away.

REFUNDS:
Stitch Piece Loop will only offer a refund if there is a fault or other major problem with the product. Stitch Piece Loop does not offer refunds on products where customer has changed his/her mind, found the product cheaper elsewhere, decided he/she did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

EXCHANGE:
Stitch Piece Loop will happily exchange full priced goods if the purchased products are returned within 14 days (excluding sale or promotion coded items). Purchased products must be in their original purchased condition, unused/unworn, and have all original packaging. If customer is unable to select another product of same value as original purchase, a gift voucher of the same amount will be issued in its place.

PLEASE NOTE: customers are responsible for the payment of postage on returned items if they are not faulty and any exchanges where it is just a change of mind.

SALE ITEMS:
Stitch Piece Loop does not offer exchanges on Sale Items.

Returns & Refund Procedure
1. Please make contact with us via email stitchpieceloop@hotmail.com with your request.
2. Return your item to us in its original condition along with a copy of your receipt to Shop 6, 4-6 Sunshine Beach Road, Noosa Heads, Q, 4567
3. On return of your item, your refund/exchange will be processed and an email confirmation sent.
