A true, deep black with all the drape and softness of the rest of this range — none of the stiffness some black linens carry. Versatile enough to be a wardrobe staple rather than a special-occasion-only fabric.

A note from the studio: black linen can release dye in the first couple of washes, so wash separately at first. After that follow the usual linen care instructions provided.

Care Instructions:

Black linen can release dye in the first couple of washes, so wash separately at first.

This fabric will soften as it is washed and worn.

If using this fabric for curtains, it is recommended to use a lining to prevent fading.

Wash at 30 degrees with non bio detergent.

Line dry out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Do not tumble dry.

Linen does seize up after washing – the fibres will relax again as the fabric is worn.

• Fabric pricing is for 0.25m fabric (1 quantity = 0.25m)
• You can order in 0.25m increments (i.e. 4 quantities = 1m x width of fabric)
• Orders of 0.5m (2 quantities) or more will be cut as one continuous length
• Orders of 0.25m (1 quantity) will be cut across the full width of fabric (25cm x fabric width) 
• As all computer monitors show colours differently, we recommend ordering a sample of the cloth to check it is the right colour and weight for your project
