A cool, natural 'undyed' shade with all the easy drape of a proper dress-weight linen — this is the fabric you reach for when a pattern doesn't need convincing, just a good cloth to sew up in. Laundered at the mill before it even reaches you, so it arrives with that soft, lived-in hand rather than the crisp stiffness of an unwashed linen.

A note from the studio: linen seizes up a little after its first wash — don't panic, that's normal, and the fibres relax again the more you wear or use it. 

Beautiful for: The Trapeze or Hattie & Ellis for an easy, everyday dress. The 101 Trouser for something loose and warm-weather comfortable. Lighter, more casual curtains where you want linen's texture without a heavy formal drape.

Care Instructions:

Wash at 30 degrees with a non bio detergent.
Do not tumble.
Shake out and dry flat.
Linen will always seize up after washing but as soon as you start to use/wear it the fibres relax again.
If you are using this linen for curtains, we recommend using a lining to prevent fading.
Never dry linen in direct sunlight as the colour can bleach and fade.
